Steve Gaskins said that at 10 a.m on Oct. 16, a Nissan pick-up truck driven by an 82-year-old man from Ridge Manor was traveling westbound on Hayman Road east of Batten Road in Brooksville when for some unknown reason vehicle left the roadway .
